Command to remove all regions to <player>

A command is needed to remove the regions of a specific player. Possibly add it as an argument to the existing /bp command.

Possibly call it like this:

/bp deleteall <player>

And maybe another possibility to that is to make the player name optional, allowing removal of all regions but prompting the sender to confirm.
