❓ Hot Reload / Auto Compile not working when using Connect via Wi-Fi (Host App & Mini App)

We are using React Native with Re.Pack (Rspack) and Module Federation in a Host App + Mini App (MFE) architecture.
When the device is connected via USB, everything works as expected:

• Code changes in Host App or Mini App
• Dev server detects changes
• App auto-compiles / hot reloads

However, when switching to Connect via Wi-Fi, the behavior changes:

• The app runs normally
• But code changes are NOT auto-compiled
• No hot reload / fast refresh is triggered
• We must manually reload or restart the dev server

This happens for:

• Changes in the Host App
• Changes in the Mini App / Remote Module

Environment

• React Native (0.8x)
• Re.Pack + Rspack
• Module Federation v2
• Android device connected via Wi-Fi debugging
