Preparing .editorconfig file for CAMARA files

Problem description

AS indicated in #4 (comment) .editorconfig can enforce consistent indents and removal of trailing whitespace etc.
(At least the files are edited locally using IDE supporting EditorConfig)

Possible evolution
Formating rules for .md .yaml and .feature files should be reviewed and then .editorconfig file needs to be prepared.
The file will be added to the repository template and API repositories.

Alternative solution

Additional context
If needed the changes of yamllint and gherkinlint rules can be proposed to Commonalities repository aritfacts.
