update pypi with latest

Looks like the last push to pypi was Oct 2020.

Can the latest stable be pushed to pypi?

Latest Pypi version is 0.6.8 from commit babd97f: https://pypi.org/project/python-libmaas/
We've had 5 commits land on main since then, we'll look into updating

The pypi version doesn't work with python 3.12 because it's missing #290. Please release!
