[BUG] Tokens lost on unsuccessful L1 creation #300
Description
Describe the bug
Super App: After failing to create an L1 (likely due to insufficient funds). Third attempt also failed to create the chain, but processed the "purchase tokens" transaction. Causing the CNPY to disappear but the tokens did not get purchased.
