Malformed test.mpileup #14
Description
Super minor observation: The TestData/test.mpileup file contains an invalid entry on line three, where the first sample has this data:
5 TTTT
that is, 5 bases announced, but only four given. I don't know what PoolSNP does in that case, but grenedalf notified me of this, and I though I'd report it just in case :-)
