Minimum coverage parameter

Hi! Thanks for developing poolsnp and making it available!

I have a question about the minimum coverage parameter. On the github README, you describe it as:

"Minimum coverage across all libraries; e.g. min-cov=10 will only consider positions with a minimum coverage >10"

But on the supplementary material of Kapun et al 2020, page 17, you describe it as:

"(1) minimum coverage threshold which is tested for each sample separately"

So it is unclear to me if the minimum coverage is counted across all libraries combined or within each library. For example, if I set min-cov=10, and I have 10 libraries with 2 reads each, would that pass the threshold or not?
