No way to add apps shortcut of apps from Appscope to app drawer #53

Describe the bug
We a website that is not PWA is added to the home screen, an equivalent shortcut is not created in the app drawer, the shortcut in app drawer is created only for PWA, for a user that seems a bit strange. For example the home screen has shortcut for IPFS wiki website, but it is not shown in the app drawer.

- Desktop Linux
- Desktop Mac
- Device
Expected behavior
A mechanism to add an entry in app drawer for all websites that are bookmarked using add to home functionality.May be we can differentiate the bookmarked website by providing some indicator the websites logo in app drawer.
