Woonplaats files?

Hi Thanks for this great repository. DO you also have Topojson files for 2020 and specifically for woonplaats?

I think woonplaats can be found in the BAG WFS, but only for the current day (I don't see a way to retrieve something for 2020): https://service.pdok.nl/lv/bag/wfs/v2_0?request=getCapabilities&service=WFS

Example query: https://service.pdok.nl/lv/bag/wfs/v2_0?request=GetFeature&service=WFS&version=2.0.0&typeName=woonplaats&outputFormat=json&srsName=urn:ogc:def:crs:EPSG::4326&STARTINDEX=0&COUNT=10

I'll wait for feedback on my other PR to understand if I'm on the right track, and if that's the case I can try and create a PR for the woonplaats.
