help with modification

So, i'm trying to customize lazykh for my own character that I wanted to lipsync, but I didn't know how to change where the mouth goes.
Then I found a file in the code folder called "mouthCoordinates.csv". How do I know what to change these values to so the mouth files go in the correct spot?
