Better documentation / README / demo

Docs, README and demo app improvements:

• Hardcoded data -> mirage
• Redo dummy app (replace bootstrap with simple styles)
  • use ember-code-snippet to give idea how to use
• Add getting started and common options to README
• Add docs (I believe most of the code is documented via YUIDoc), but nothing in place to render it
• host on gh pages, add demo url to package.json

I can think of a few things here that might be good improvements for the demo. (This issue would be a great place to keep a bulleted task list, btw 😄 .)

• ember-cli-gh-pages integration so we can host the demo directly.
• ember-cli-mirage integration (and possibly ember-data?). This would allows us to stub either factories or just plain HTTP responses for our data (still using Faker, which Mirage includes by default) and have it instantiated on app init. That way, data can be resolved from our routes more realistically (i.e: making requests to the server rather than initializing it in each route hook). Also: caching 💰.
• Making the UI a bit spiffier.
  • Perhaps setting up a light set of base styles within the addon as opposed to using Bootstrap.
    • Removing Bootstrap would also allow us to better demonstrate what users get out of the box -- in terms of table appearance, anyway -- and then offer concrete examples of further customisation.
