command palette ordering #21

@slifin

Description

@slifin

I use the git sublime plugin in conjunction with this plugin, the problem is when I try 'git commit' into sublime's command palette then the command for getting the commit name for this line occurs top and I press it by accident, when in reality I'm much more likely to want to have issued a git commit and only use the command offered by this plugin occasionally

my current solution is to un-install and reinstall this plugin as needed, though I would rather just have it not default to top of my command palette
