Marmoset bin annotation creation challenge #119
Description
I would like to create a bin anotation using library(BSgenome.Cjacchus.UCSC.calJac4).
Referring to "4. Generating bin annotations" in Introduction.
It worked fine until the bigwig in the mappability file.
But I don't know how to create a blacklisted region. If you know how to make it by yourself, I would appreciate it.
