[feat] Multi-user support for printing / admin #88
Description
- At job-request, first lock the database in case two or more users make overlapping requests at the same time. Server should reject the second request if a portion of the job has already been claimed during the first transaction.
- When a job is generated, log it and associate it with the user that generated it
- Only allow access to that job by the generating user
