Improve Caching (3-items)

Currently, caching is a simple 6-hour TTL transient. I'd like to improve caching in the following ways.

• Allow for multiple instances
• Destroy the cache of a specific instance if the user updates that instance's settings (e.g. the toot count)
• No longer use a transient?
