How are you using Signboard?

Feel free to share how you're using Signboard.

Personally, I'm using Signboard to help me manage a side hustle that I've had since 2016. I've always used Trello (which I love, and I think it is great) but I'm so happy to be using Signboard for this now.

My lists are:

• Leads
• Quoted
• In Progress
• Final Invoice Pending
• Completed
• Lost

I create a new card for every client project. If I quote the project it moves to Quoted, if I lose the project it moves to Lost after I've added some insight on how I lost the project.

I also have two "template" cards which I use Signboard's "Duplicate Card" feature for. Both cards have a bunch of starter data and questions in them that I need to get for every project I handle. This way, every time a new project comes in I can quickly duplicate a card, jot down the information I need (and I won't forget anything) and get moving.
