New: Drag and drop tasks from Things

Drag and drop tasks from Things into Signboard to, presumably, create a card?

It appears as though Things already supports copy / paste a task as plain text. So perhaps dragging/dropping could do the same thing as that?

I was able to drag a task from Things3 into the "Notes" area in Signboard. So, I think we can definitely interrupt this process to create a new card on drag on a list. :)
