[TODO] Baremetal: Warn on unpushed commits

Warn when there are local commits not yet pushed before doing a baremetal deploy.
The remote server will pull the latest from git. So if there are local commits not yet pushed they will not be part of the deploy. This could be intentional, but from personal experience this is often an oversight. Or a function of being overly eager to get the latest changes live :D 🔫
