test all functions in cee-json

We will use cee-json more, it's important to write test cases to test all functions of cee-json. We also need to get the test coverage report for our tests.

one way to test:

1. parse a json file in the JSON test suite
2. print out this json as a string
3. parse this string
4. print out the second json as the second string
5. the first string should be the same as the second string

We need to specially test the handling of utf8 encoding correctly in cee_json_snprint

I have looked at the implementation, cee_json_snprint does not handle string escaping correctly. We can borrow the code from json_inject for this.

The following code does not work. It should, but not.

l = cee_list_append (l, e);

Actually, this code should work. The json_array_append does not because the new array is not captured.

For this one, we need to test memory leak.

Can you please fix this one? It's a logic bug in cee_json.
