Room does not get deleted when last counselor navigates away entering a new backbone route

To replicate:

1. in config.json the soloClientsAllowed setting is false
2. Create a chat room with a counselor and a regular user
3. As a counselor, navigate away from the room entering a path like demo.curachat.com/admin/opeka#foobar
