Host name stays the same during redirection

Hello,

This questions is related to pub https://pub.dev/packages/dio for flutter (version 5.7.0)

Does dio networking library on Flutter keep host parameter same (with original host name) after redirection to new URL happens?

It seems like host is always pointing at the original domain before redirection happened even though new server certificate (of the final destination) was supplied.
