Sometimes "Minify Javascript" is just disabled

Hello!

I really appreciate this plugin, but I have to reinstall it each time I launch Sublime Text 2, or when it decides to stop working at all. I simply open a .js file and the option under the Tools section is greyed out. Using the fast console (CTRL+Shift+P) searching for "minify" it returns nothing. Reinstall and it restarts working.

I don't really know where the issue may be.

I'm running Windows 8.1 x86_64.
