Add support for specifying revision to fiesta loading

Only the newest revision of FIESTA can be loaded using the standard method.

Support for revision specification is proposed in order to be able to use specific revision especially for COMPASS-U design efforts and to overcome occasional incompatibilities of certain revisions in CUDB with loading method.
