The number 3 key in the PropellerSerialTest.sh mAneuvers Menu appears to be nonfunctional

Issue:
When running the PropellerSerialTest.sh script's mAnuevers menu all of the movement functions work except for the 360 degree function.
Pressing the number 3 (360 degree) key causes no robot rotation through 360 degrees.
All the other rotation and linear travel functions work as expected.

Is this a known issue?
