Link to interactions tab from error #268

What
When there's an interaction error that is represented in the addon, link me to the interactions tab to debug using the tooling there.
Why
Interaction tests have a dedicated UI for debugging that's more comprehensive than the VTA error message. As a user, I'd like to conveniently be able to jump to the interactions addon.
