Add support to fail build if there are different version of NuGet packages in solution

I could imagine that it could fit into the DependencyChecker. When you have multiple projects one can have probably a strategy to keep the NuGet version across all projects same. It would be nice to have this possibility to fail build when the versions are different. Optional: It would make a sense to have a explicit exclude and include possibility if one would like to track only special NuGets.
