Control PMS Service from command line

I tend to do a lot of scripting, and I need to be able to stop and start Plex Media Server from a script. I know I can stop PMS Service, but that just leaves Plex running in the background and causes issues.

Can we get command line support in PMS Service to control the start / stop / restart of Plex?

I also have the same requirement, wanting to run batch scripts to switch my pc from gaming mode to server mode.
