Can't apply oredict to tools using crafttweaker

I am able to give other knives the oredict toolKnife but I can't add oredicts to the knives from this mod

So what actually happens, just nothing? Also please remind me how oredicts are added with craft tweaked.

Nothing happens. I was trying to apply the oredict artisansknife to all items with the oredict toolKnife. I could apply toolKnife to artisans' knives but not thhe other way around.

I'm using the addAll() method.

I believe you will need to use the wildcard value for metadata. I'm told it is "*" in craft tweaker
