Tags - individually add tags and they should be visible only to myself (individual)

Individually add tags and they should be visible only to myself (individual), just like filtering that is visible to only me not to all my team. For example, i should be able to add tag and this tag should be applied (or visible only to me) something like personal filtering or preferences
