GOOS value error

I am trying to run a shell script of apex and it threw an error "uname_os_check: internal error 'MINGW64_NT-10.0-18363' got converted to 'mingw64_nt-10.0-18363' which is not a GOOS value".

I also see a similar error when trying to install estahn/cloudping using Cmder
