Github integration prefixes issues by "new issue"

I don't know when this started to happen or what's the pattern, but when I start tracking some issue, it prefixes it with "new issue" instead of "#XYZ".

I'm using Firefox 143.0.4 (latest at the moment) on macOS Tahoe 26.0.1.

I've tried restarting (and possibly also updating) Firefox first and couldn't replicate it anymore. I suspect this had something to do with opening a lot of issues which I haven't done in a while as well.
