Support audio/video properly with <React.StrictMode> #79
Description
Video/audio is not playing in dev mode is because in <React.StrictMode> all useEffects are run twice so we end up with two CogsConnections. The first is shut down appropriately but the VideoPlayer and AudioPlayer that have been created by <CogsConnnectionProvider> in the meantime are using the first connection so they never get any events.
