feat: Add support for new TW Desktop "extremely dangerous mode" #3
Description
The underlying CL5 protocol will still use WebRTC but with this feature, CL5 will be able to create and manage connections over LAN.
- Local TCP-based WebRTC negotiation
- UDP multicast-based LAN discovery
- Pseudo-signaling "server"
