Description

Internal pipeline toolbox image and scripts uses kubectl sync to retrieve cluster kubeconfig, similarly they should use cloudctl sync to get kubeconfig data from Greenhouse central cluster

Acceptance Criteria

• cloudctl packaged as part of the toolbox image
• cloudctl sync is used within pipeline scripts
