Support for "couped" #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "Quarterly azure and argent a fret couped counterchanged."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is a fret whose bends are cut off before they reach the
edge of the field. Instead, a question mark appears as if "couped" was a
charge as opposed to a modification to a charge.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Please provide any additional information below.
