STDF writing

Hi,
It seems like there isn't any current support for STDF writing in PySTDF. Does anyone know if there's any work under way to enabling this? It seems like a natural extension of the 'Writers' that are demonstrated for XML and Text (and would be useful in many other contexts).

I've never had a need for writing STDFs with this library, but I'd be willing to accept a PR to add it.

I was playing with STDF in Rust a while back, it's not fully functional and doesn't support all the record types, but it does do reading as well as writing, see https://gitlab.com/cmars232/stdf.

There's also STDF-Viewer which is a Python GUI that can merge STDF files. It uses a Rust library as well.
