Version link

For some reason the version link is wrong in the footer of the site (maybe github updated something)

Current link which is not workin: https://github.com/codalab/codabench/releases/tag/1.21.0
Working link (by adding v with tag number): https://github.com/codalab/codabench/releases/tag/v1.21.0

A bit strange because 1.20.0 is working without v

It looks like this is happening because of how we name our tag (To be checked)

This is indeed a tag problem. I can fix this on the production server by adding a "v" in the link for now

Ok for me. For next release we can check if this happens if we don't add v to the tag name.

You can close the issue when this is fixed
