Account deletion issue - Cannot recreate account with institutional email

Hi team, I accidentally deleted my account associated with the email: s353818@studenti.polito.it. I am trying to register again, but the system says the email is  unavailable due to previous deleting . Could you please purge the old record so I can sign up again? I need this specific email for institutional verification.  Thanks!
