🐞 CPU spikes to 100% if changing themes too fast

Bug Report:

• CPU 100% spike when changing themes
• Change the themes repeatedly in a short amount of time.
• Happened right after I installed the extension, removed it immediately afterwards lol. I'm 90% confident it was caused by this, because when i checked htop i noticed firefox taking 105% of my cpu and my laptop fans going insane right after I changed the themes a bunch.
• I am sorry if this bug report isn't descriptive or useful enough, and thanks for making a cool open source extension! You guys are amazing

I've opened a PR that fixes this issue by debouncing the theme update events. This prevents the CPU spike when rapidly switching themes. You can check it out here: #3590
