bug: Completed green tick icon should be behind the sticky header

Describe the bug
The completed green tick icon is visible above the sticky video path header if the week videos card is not in hover state.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login and go to any course video section.
2. Mark all videos as completed in a chapter.
3. See the completed icon overlapping.

Expected behavior
Ideally it should be behind the sticky path header when overlapping in both normal and hover state.
