Generate PDF font size suspect

I'm not entirely sure, but the default size on the tool, 12pt, doesn't appear to match the font size on the generated PDF.

It could be my N-up format results in a smaller actualized font.

If it's correct as-is, please consider adding 16/20/24pt font size choices to the drop down.

Printing booklets can be a little confusing when getting started.

Am i correct in assuming that you wish to print a booklet on 8.5 x 11 paper in landscape mode?

• therefore the actual paper size is 11 wide x 8.5 tall
• therefore the page size should be 5.5. wide x 8.5 tall

What you would get is something that looks like:

• Marlborough 10 miles radius on 5.5 x 8.5 pages

Then you would take this and use something like Adobe Acrobat that can print a booklet ( 2 up on landscape letter paper printed duplex ) to get

• Marlborough 10 miles radius on 5.5 x 8.5 pages as booklet

Is the font size what you would expect? If you would still like access to larger font sizes let us know.

The README has detailed instructions similar to what I've outlined above.

in the absence or your (confusing to me) process, I invented "my own wheel":

1. print 8.5x11, (hopefully with 24pt font).

2. reorder pages at pdfresizer.com to 8-1-2-7-6-3-4-5 (for 8 page booklet).

3. regenerate N-up pdf 2x1 landscape, again at pdfresizer.com.

4. feed paper very specifically into my one-sided printer, printing two full pages one side at a time.

5. fold results in half.

yes, thanks @SIA-WEBSUP for linking to the booklet printing instructions in the readme - the san jose central office follows that process to mass print very attractive books on demand in fewer steps.
