Document `coordinates` key

This is something we support in TSML UI: a single field that can be used in lieu of latitude, longitude, and approximate and convey an approximate area. 

How it works: four float numbers = approximate (north,east,south,west) vs two float numbers (lat,lng)

One thing we should probably discuss is whether this is the right format, or if it should eventually support polygons?
