Make this tool compatible with codegreen core again #1
Description
The model loading has changed here in comparison to the old version of this tool
The model loading in codegreen-core is also different but these here should be compatible
- move prediction code to codegreen core
- move retraining code to codegreen core.
The package should import codegreen core, retrain the model on newer data and make predictions.
