Add new "Community" section to the About page

Please make the following changes to the "Who We Are" section of the About page:

• Add a new subheading "Partners", above the content on IDRC and Bridges
• Add a new subheading "Community", below the content on IDRC and Bridges
• Add a new list of community organizations in 2 columns, below the new "Community" subheading

Weavly is built upon the efforts and contributions of many young and adult co-designers, family members, educators, and caregivers over the years.
