Loading Spinner on empty data

Below is a picture of Academy page

There are two sections in the page, Articles and Editorials, to update each section, we call firebase to get the data. As one can see that Articles section is updated with the data retrieved from Firebase. But below in the Editorials section, the spinner is still spinning because there is no data for the Editorials in Firebase. There is a "Coming Soon" text inside the render logic, but it's not used properly to trigger that message.
This needs to be handled for Editorials and Articles section. Once it's done it should look something like the below image
