NavBar Reworking #70
Description
Right now, the platform has both a sidebar with the home dashboard icon and the top navbar with the search bar, profile icon, and see if I can waive Cardinal Care. I stylistically am unsure about the presence of both a side and navbar in our UI - i rarely see it done and would caution against it unless either there is a huge need to distinguish between different types of navigation or if there really are so many different parts of the functionality that won't cleanly fit on one navigation bar. I'm curious Mei-Lan's thoughts on this so just making this issue so we can open up this thread of conversation.
