minigraph (rGFA) compatibility?

Can Panacus read rGFA graphs generated by minigraph? If not, is there another tool that one can use to draw pangenome growth curves?

Unfortunately, Panacus cannot work with rGFA files.

The problem is that rGFA is a subset of GFA that misses most of the information on the original sequences. For a growth calculation it is important to know which node/edge is used (covered) by how many of the original sequences. Since rGFA does not contain that information, it should not be possible to calculate pangenome growth from just the rGFA file.

I am not aware of any other tool that can take in rGFA (and something else to get the coverage counts) to draw growth curves.
