Release
Create a first release. It'll needed change header in library to be installed in Unix system.
Unix
- A release that do Ubuntu, Debian and other distributions Debian Like.
- A Makefile that accept an easy installation process to other distributions.
Windows
- A package to be installed in windows operating system. If it' possible. But it's not priority.
A note about this issue
- This issue have to be developed after Revision Needed #33.
