Only load images in a stack when the stack is clicked.

Hi,

First off, great plugin!

I have 162 thumbnails that are spread into 12 stacks, my issue is that when the user lands on the page all the stacks get preloaded with all the thumbnails.

Is there a way to only display the last image/ cover image of the stack and then only call the rest of the stack to load once the user has clicked on it, the user can be shown a loading message whilst this is done.

This would be a great help and much appreciated!

p.s I have made use of JpegMini on all my thumbnails in order to trim down on the overall size, yet the size is still a little too overwhelming.

Yip, had no luck.
I think the entire stack depends on the stack to preload for its functionality.

Ended up using the Stapel plugin as a 'preview' with the option to view the full gallery in a link below the stack.

Seems to be an efficient trade off.

I've figured out a way. The idea is first assign a dummy blank images (which could be a loading gif) to all images in a pile. Then in the event handler of that pile, when the pile is being opened, assign the actual URL to it. It works perfectly for my usage. See my example here http://192.241.239.192/ (a website we are working on). You need to click the search button to see Stapel in action.
