Component: matching and recommendations

Could be done across different levels:
- posters, talks abstracts
- humans profiles (following neuromatch or https://github.com/CCI-MIT/minglr) thus complimenting social interactions aspect.

so attendees could be "recommended" a specific poster/talk or just a person for 1-to-1 (#13) or social (gather town) interaction.
